I would say Shitcash is a good starting site. You don't need to apply to start making money so you can start right away.

Yes FFlare is good site to start and yeah the surveys are worth. I recommend you to upload YouTube videos and boost them and get some downloads. Target 12-18 y/o kids, they love to get free things.

FileFlar3 is actually pretty good, but I get more money from each survey on Filelce and better conversion rates.
