He's probably compromised then, I've never seen him so active in currency exchange. He runs coldseal which makes more than enough money, he doesn't have a reason to scam you out of $20.

He couldn't talk on Skype or MSN because he apparently was at "work".
Compromised or not, it is his responsibility to keep his account safe.
Demoralize that's the old style to scam around. You cant trust anyone on INTERNET.

If you're stating that I am scamming then I can prove you wrong.
Tell me if you're interested in TV:ing me and I'll show you all the transactions and PM's that were sent.
Since the scam was done through PM's any mod can see what's been going on. I can login to my LR account and show that the payment was sent to him. He said to another member that the payment was refunded. I can show you my transactions log and prove that I did not receive a refund.
Glad to see this guy banned.
I have a sense that his account was not compromised.
I PM'd Chris earlier to see if he would check if ToXiiC was possibly compromised and sure enough..

His account was jacked. If you look up the LR ID, it's not Toxiic's. He also contacted me saying that his account was compromised.
This is currently ToXiiC on the user "Xbox Live"'s teamviewer. I first noticed I couldn't login a couple hours ago then just went to bed because my account kept saying "locked for 15 minutes" and I was getting mad. I didn't think to have someone check my account because I didn't think this could possibly happen. I've ran multiple system scans with malwarebytes and don't possibly see how I could be infected. There are no signs my PC is infected what so ever and none of my emails, payment processors, IM accounts or anything were taken. Also, I take grammer seriously as you can tell by A LOT of my posts, this user that compromised my account clearly had English as a second language. Also, thank you "Demoralize" for standing up for me :) much appreciated. 🤝
Also to "Hulk" or "nidhish" you can trust some people on the internet. My moral values are higher than most internet kids and I would never steal money. A PM has been sent to omni, thanks for anyone who PMed staff regarding a check of my account. 🤝

I still highly doubt that his account really was compromised.
Anyone can create a new LR account in just a few minutes, that does not prove anything.

Sometimes ya gotta give people the benefit of the doubt, this is HF; shit does happen. Ya gotta think too, what reason does he have to take such a little amount from you? He makes 10x that in one day without scamming.

Accounts rarely get compromised on HF and most of the times it's a complete scam. Having a good income stream doesn't disprove that you're a scammer. Also, his website isn't even registered by Alexa so once again I doubt he makes any money from his site.

My account was compromised which can be proven by IP logs or factor8 at any time. Sorry for your loss of LR, I really am. I am not just saying that, I feel really shitty that this happened. I will copy and paste this on my other scam report also. Once again, sorry for your loss of LR.

You joking? I have no reason to scam for $20 LR. Do you think out of 3 years of business on this site, building my profile to were it is now (430+ rep, no scam reports, no reps for scamming, my only negative reps are trolls) I would just take all that away and ruin my ColdSeal sales so I can scam 2 kids? If I had the moral values of a scammer/thief I would just spend some time carding and laundering some cash and make that $20 LR like it's nothing....

It's not "pure bullshit". I'm not poor or cheap enough to scam $20. My fucking account was closed for multiple IPs and I've sold over 20 products on this forum over the past 3 years i've been on it. If I had the heart of a scammer, I would have had scam reports by now already. Even when my PayPal charged back over $500 worth of exchanges, I paid every user back their LR... I'm a nice person not a scammer.
Looks like toxiic knows how to sew bullshit together to get away with his scams.
