If you have an original Pokedex made by Hasbro, then you can simply do this yourself. If not, PM me with the pokemon you would like a picture of and I will happily send you the image so you can make your very own pixel art.
Some Pokemon already pictured to help you practice:

Step 2
Paint: Grab your pencil brush and zoom in x8
Photoshop: Grab your pencil tool and set to 1px and zoom in until you see the small pixel squares.
Step 3
Look at your resource image and simply plot all of the points that you see in your image.
Step 4
Once finished, grab an image off of Google of your chosen Pokemon and save it. Open it in your desired program and color grab the color codes by using the eyedropper tool. You can also download an eyedropper tool online if you search it in Google as well.

Step 5
Color your pokemon accordingly and you are finished. You can look up tutorials on how to make pixel art backgrounds or scenarios as well.

Optional
If you want, you can enlarge your image by doubling the pixel size, or increasing the image size via Photoshop.
Also, you can edit some portions of the sprite and make an animated pixel art if you wish.
This was my first tutorial posted on Hack Forums and I do hope you have enjoyed it. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or post here.
Thank you.
