Oh dang so I can use google voice to prank call? DAMN. That's very good because I wouldn't like using my cell phone...

You can only spoof existing numbers else the carrier wouldn't be able to make the connection between you too and send the data.
Meaning the number needs to be in this format: 111-222-3333
