Dragon great work!
You can add password protection to the disk and do something like this program does http://www.hdguard.com/ Btw what windows theme are you using? This is really cool and I would seriously use it for many things. I just have some questions.
Thanks (: ![]() (Jun 30, 2012 12:06 AM)DragonHunter Wrote: yo thanks 😎 Ye I can add password protection will add it to the todo list but I've looked at the hdguard site... It is like a resetter.You have a default condition of the windows like a saved image of the windows eg: a yohomo.txt is present on the desktop.This is default condition that is saved. if someone starts the computer and doesn't provide pass for hdgauard then all the changes he does will be deleted(eg. delete the yohomo.txt) and the next time the computer starts it will be back to it's default saved condition with yohomo.txt back on desktop. kind of hibernation thing lol.
This looks brilliant dude, I will definitly be using this! My only suggestions would be;
Encrypting hardrives like Ultimate said, Notification for the old 'drive is nearly full' Option to confirm or deny newly created files, Duplicate file checking, Suicide option. (Password for secure destruction of all files) I had more but I can't remember now :( Anyways great work yet again DH, I can honestly say your one of the few reasons keeping me on this forum. I use my own app that has a fake hint saying what the suposid pass is & if it gets the wrong password entered 2wice then it just keeps writing random bytes to the all the files in my special folder, even on restart. Also, if this had a feature similiar to how Ipad syncs pictures/files using rootsocket I think it would be good. & last one, a plugin of sorts to help manage/sync files to PS3 using ps3 media server or something? Just rambling shit now... bla bla bla, lol. (Jun 30, 2012 12:39 AM)AirKode Wrote: [*]Is this completely in C# or have you created some native DLLs as well? I'm also curious about this.
