Respawn is allowed to recruit people upon donation. This rule applies for non official groups that are claiming to be official one day.

Paid custom groups were meant for heavy donators not for skids that get 50 donations. I want less groups not more. Every idiot should not have a custom group.

I would agree that it's a good income for a 15-17 year old living with his parents, but not a good primary employment.
