I just got this eBook and this is my honest review.

The eBook looks very nice and clean, explaining the method clearly. Also, this method is very straight forward. You don't need to call Paypal or need to verify your account. There is no big method actually. Just some common sense that will help you get the unlimited funds. The method is simple so I can't explain it. This method is not public but I'm amazed people can't come with this simple idea, lol.
