I know there's quite a few tutorials around, but I thought I'd make on as well, and go in depth on a lot of different aspects here.

Alright, so we're going to need a few small programs here.
First off:
ManyCam (Download link at the end of the tut)
"What is ManyCam?"
ManyCam is a program that allows you to stream various forms of media to your webcam, things such as videos, .gif files, images and so forth. (It's also able of adding some random effects but those won't be helping us out here so I won't go over those)
"Okay, so I just downloaded ManyCam, but how do I set it up?"
Good you'd mention it, but we're going to do that a little further down the road. First we'll need a VCW to stream on a chatroom
Private Sessions:
Ah, my main way of getting people to pay.
I think everyone here knows what a private session is, it's just a 1on1 session with someone, done on the chatroom itself or through other programs (I use Skype)
Skype: (Download link at the end of the Tutorial!)
Skype is a simple messaging and webcam program, you can use it for calling as well, but because we won't be using it now I won't be going over it.
First, you'll have to Register.
I suggest using a fake email address for your 'Alter-ego*' to register, it leaves less traces back to you and it's easier to manage all together.
Oh, and also pick a name that a 20ish year old girl would use, a name like 'xXQuickscopezzzXx' is not going to seem likely for a 20 year old girl, is it? Play around with that a little, I suggest throwing some 'xo's in there, don't really know why...
*With 'Alter-ego' I mean the person you're being online, I have a couple of them, they're all around 20, female, hot and slutty.
After you registered, download skype and sign in.
There's nothing else you'll have to do with skype just yet.
Chatrooms:
(I probably placed this in a horrible place in the tutorial, but I kind of forgot about it and I had to throw it in somewhere, apologies for the inconvenience)
You know how it works, girls/guys/couples stream themselves doing something (usually sexual) and get guys turned on, they can then go into private sessions with the guys/girls which costs the 'target' money. (Target being the person watching)
Our goal is to get as many guys as we can interested in a private session, and having them add you on Skype (I don't know why I prefer skype, it's easier to multi-task between Skype and a browser than between 2 tabs because I can look at Skype and my browser at the same time.
This is where the VCW's come in again.
VCW
A.k.a Virtual Chat Whore.
VCWs are files that show a video with a certain amount of ... possibilities, these are pre-recorded segments that you can select. In the phases between that, a loop will play to make it seem realistic.
Let me give you a better explanation by giving some examples.
Let's call the VCW Heather.
You open up the vid, and it plays 'loop1' or a name similar to that. It's just her sitting in front of her laptop, not really doing anything, but slightly moving around so it seems real.
This isn't going to entertain someone for long though, so you might want to make Heather do some things.
Let's say she has the following buttons:
[Wave] [Middle Finger] [Show Stomach] [Show Bra] [Flash boobs]
You can start off by a simple wave, to draw his/their attention.
Your goal is to get them to go into a private chat with you, but they won't do that after a simple wave (usually), so you'll have to intrigue them a little more. Let's say you were in a hurry and you instantly went for the '[Flash boobs]', this will do 3 things.
1. Heather will flash her boobs.
2. The people watching will be intrigued, and the chance of them paying for a private session is a lot higher now.
3. This opened up a few new buttons:
[Take off bra] [Get fully nude] [Play with boobs]
Now I suggest you don't do anything else until you get someone to go into a private session with you, you might run out of options. So we'll get back to this later.
How to open a VCW?
It's simple, most VCW's come with a file called 'EasyVCW-v1.51'
You can simply double-click that file or open a browser window and drag the file in there.
From there on it's pretty self-explanatory.
Back to ManyCam.
First off, download and install it.
When that's done, you should have a shortcut on your desktop, looking like the following:

Double click that and the program will open.
Now you're going to have to do a few things here, so I'll add some images to help with that.

After doing that, a small gray, half transparent window should pop up, this is the area of your screen that it's recording.
Drag it over the image of your VCW, but make sure you avoid any black lines or text around it, this is a dead giveaway for being fake. Also make sure your mouse doesn't hover over the VCW itself (you can touch the buttons) when recording, this is another giveaway.
When you've got this set up, you'll need to download a program called 'DeskPins' (download link at the end of the Tutorial!)
Download it, install it and (if I remember correctly) you have to restart your computer.
Then run it, it'll be in the bottom right of your screen, click it and then click the browser window in which you've opened the VCW. A small red pin should appear in the top right of the browser window.
Alright, I listened to you and downloaded it, but what does it do?
Good question, DeskPins 'pins' a window which makes it the Top window at all times, this means another windows don't pop infront of it and it doesn't get minimized unless you actually press the [-] at the top.
Warning: When you press 'Start' in the bottom-left of your computer, the window that opens will pop up infront of your VCW!!
So you've got some people interested in joining a private session with you now, a lot of them will ask you to PM them to join a private session on the chat itself. Tell them 'Hey *name*, add me on Skype for private sessions ;)" or something similar. If they keep going on about you and PM'ing them, just ignore/kick them.
Watch the Skype contact requests stacking up, it should go pretty fast.
When you have around 10 I suggest you stop your stream on the chatroom otherwise it'll get stressful with having too many people watching (and also you might be going into private chat (video call) with someone, and you don't want everyone on the chatroom to see that ;)
So now you've got 5-10 horny perverts adding you on Skype.
I suggest accepting their requests and starting a conversation by things like 'Heyya bby ;)' etc. Something that makes them feel ... wanted/special or something...
Some of them will try instantly calling you, deny their call and tell them that you're not for free, add an emoticon in there to seem friendly.
Make it a playful conversation, there's no need to rush it, but if they want it, don't delay them and get to the point right away. Ask them something along the lines of 'Interested in pvt*?'
*Pvt/prvt are abbreviations of private sessions.
Usually they'll say yes, ask them for how long and from there on decide how much you'll charge them for that.
I suggest doing time*1,5 or just adding $5 to the amount of minutes.
Usually I'll do the following:
10 minutes for $10-$15
20 minutes for $25-$30
30 minutes for $40
(I very rarely do sessions above 10-20 minutes.)
Charge them through Paypal. (after of course making an account, paypal doesn't require any downloads so I won't go into that)
Handle them one by one, you can't show different people different things, unless you add them to a group conversation and some of them find that very awkward and back off (which is not a problem is you already have their money, just block and remove them on Skype)
(Right click -> Block this person... -> Remove from contact list -> [Ok.])
When you finish a session, just Block & Remove the person from your contacts and move on to the next one.
I don't really know anything else to add in there...
