He can call paypal and they will issue a refund.
Currently I'm leaving this scam report open, if phire nuk3r does refund me I will be closing it. I'll keep this thread up-to-date on how things are going.

I can vouch for this scam report. The picture he posted was indeed phire nuk3r trying to make a deal with me, and I've been following this situation since it started.
Fuck phire nuk3r, scamming piece of shit.

If he infact intends to scam you and if he was a staff member here on HF I assume Omni has his real information? I hope you get your money back but it surelly does sound like he is scamming you since even if his PP is limited he can issue a refund.

-christalback I'm doubtful Omni would ever release personal information on any of his members, he has stated once already that he will not release personal information without a valid U.S. Court subpoena, I could always take phire nuk3r to court over $650 but then again I have better things to do with my time, but thanks the concern regardless xD.
I remember you telling me this via TV and PM A c e, you are a legit guy and this report is legit.
But I think you will be able to resolve this easily:
-either call Paypal to reverse the funds
-Or wait for phire to resolve his paypal

This sucks man, I feel for you. I was just recently scammed for $600 with PayPal. Just dispute as an unauthorized payment and hopefully you will get the money back :).
