Currently, the date is 8/8/2012 and the time that I started to make this scam report is 1:00AM GMT. This scam report is on phire nuk3r, a former staff member, and yes, I am as surprised as you guys are that this scam occurred. The deal was a currency exchange that started on 8/2/2012, phire nuk3r's $500 Liberty Reserve for my $650 PayPal. Since 8/2/2012 I have not received any sum, nor a refund that I have asked for quite a few times. All proof will be provided in the images below, but first off I'll start off with transaction proof. Also note that all PM logs, photos, and evidence will have most transaction information (LR Account IDs and PP emails) censored out via Paint.
NOTE: Reuploading most of the images to minus.com where you'll be able to click on the picture and get a better look, you'll be able to zoom in more on the picture to read it.
NOTE #2: Reuploaded all the images from imageshack to minus.com, the images on imageshack were hard to read and I had to supply transcripts, but since the reupload I have removed the transcripts as the images are now clickable and you can zoom in on them quite a bit. To get a better look, click on the image(s) and then hover over it/them and click on 1366 X 768, then you will be able to zoom in further.

First off, I'd like to say that I censored off the LR IDs of those who I have dealt with since 8/2/2012 and today, as you can see there is no sum of $500 ever being sent from phire nuk3r, all sums sent and received are from other members on HF. Next will be the PM logs.

As you can see from PM log 1 and this PM log it took him a while to find out what his proper PayPal email was for some reason, and I even tested him by saying "[email protected]" and as you can see he replied saying "Yes". I just shrugged it off as him not paying attention, in the end his correct PayPal email was the one in the transaction proof.

Now this PM really got me thinking, many of you know .Infinity. as he is a well known exchanger on HF and known well across the marketplace, now, while phire nuk3r was not able to provide me $500 Liberty Reserve he was still able to attempt to make a deal for $1000 LR with .Infinity., here's a picture for proof, phire nuk3r read this PM and did not respond. https://gyazo.com/87a06ca313db87a99133f93b218dcad8 Also, he still didn't refund me even though he said he would.

Anyways, that's all the PM logs I can provide thus far, but there is one other odd part, if you check my reputation you'll see that phire nuk3r +repped me as if the exchange was over, I messaged him about this and well, here I'll include that as well.
Reputation that he gave me even though exchange was never completed.

Update on this part, he recently updated the rep 8/27/2012 to a negative after I negative repped him to warn users, his original reputation that he left me is below, even though he never completed the exchange and scammed me for the sum of $650 PayPal.

Anyways, at the time this is all the evidence I have so I thank you guys for reading and I'd also love to hear your comments regarding this scammer, Admins/Staff can also check all PM logs to see that they are legitimate and valid, the only edits done to any of these screenshots was cutting out transaction info such as LR account numbers and PayPal emails. Anyways, considering this exchange was supposed to be a $500 LR for my $650 PP and done on 8/2/2012, I think that my patience of 6 days of waiting is more than lenient, so I have finally decided to create this scam report. If he does refund me $650 PayPal I'll close this report, but until then here is the evidence and a warning to not deal with phire nuk3r for now.
