The Terminal Emulator can be closed. It doesn't revamp your whole android lol, relax. To exit the Terminal Emulator, click on the menu button then select Close window.
Think Terminal Emulator as the same as Konsole in Linux.

That image doesn't render properly on my Samsung Galaxy.
The text is unintelligible.

So what I did was install AIDE (Android IDE) and then downloaded Android Nmap source.
I haven't tried to compile yet, but it's on today's list.

I really wish I could read this guide. It looks pretty good.
Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm... PM me if you have any success with it containing instructions on how you achieved such. And anyways, I'll leave you here a small text version:
1- Install Botbrew (Not Botbrew basil) and Terminal Emulator or Terminal IDE From Google Play Store.
2- Open Botbrew, then let it download & setup the stuff.
3- Scroll down until you see the Nmap package. Install it.
4- Now open Terminal Emulator or Terminal IDE then run:
su
botbrew nmap *INSERT YOUR ARGUMENTS*
5- Finish. You got Nmap on your Android Phone!
