Look at it this way, the advanced is gonna have more feature then the lite, you should want more in the lite so we have to put more in the advanced

A crypter that is Lite Version should only contain stuff like Startup and Crypting <.<

I get an error when testing my server on myself :l

This error comes when you test it on Sandboxie or on VM i had this too before just run on ur own pc.
