They are for my forum. And would it be possible to make it where they are smooth and not blocky? Is it not kind of stupid to charge a webdesign per page? Because after you've done a page you wouldn't just copy/paste the header/nav/footer part and throw an UI kit in? I would charge depending on the amount of work, not on the amount of pages.. Not meaning to be harsh, just throwing it out there.

Each page can have a different layout and the cost of making the navigation bar/header is factored in to that you order multiple pages for a full website. Well how many do you have? It is going to be quite expensive because removing those white dots by hand takes a while.
