and I think the people in it are from anonymous or something. One of the programs that was on their site was pretty dang cool and I thought I'd share it with everyone

A batch file isn't considered a virus as it doesn't self propagate, it is simply a file that could be harmful. If your local to the machine, or have remote access to a machine, it can cause some set back for sure.

Batch is pretty ineffective locally compared to even hirens boot cd though.

Anonymous is an idea, not the group of people who believe in it. (Unless you're talking about anonymous as in the dictionary meaning.)
