THIS IS OFFICIALLY A SCAM REPORT.
This is a very solid scam report. I probably won't get my money back - I am hurt by that because that money wasn't for myself - but at least I can do my part to help the community remain clean of these sort of evil people.

As you can see, his account says he is "AWAY". However, his recent activity on the forum says otherwise. Evidences will be listed below.
The story: earlier this year, I started a small partnership to settle myself into HF. It's was a sincere partnership and I kept my word with every single person I've worked with at HF. When it came to Candyshop (or real name 'Kip', as many of you know him as), he decided to act the silly child that he is.
He made 20 sales for me, of which he owed me £824 GBP.
Long story short, something happened to his Paypal account and he claimed it was limited. He showed me 'proof', which I accepted.
EVIDENCE PIECE 1: Here is the Skype conversation from the 11th of July where Candyshop (Kip) gave formal agreement on paying back £820 GBP.

So as you can see, it's more than evident that what I have written above is completely factual and proven by Candyshop (Kip) himself.
A few weeks later, I was browsing on HF and saw that he had one of his Paypal accounts limited. I found him online on Skype so I offered some advice to him.
EVIDENCE PIECE 2a: Over the past few months I've been waiting for him to come on Skype. Since we're in different time zones, that was very difficult but he did come online today, and here is the conversation:

Very one-sided.
EVIDENCE PEICE 2b: So, I sent a friend of mine who was asking me about Candyshop (Kip) to see if he would be ignored...

I know that Candyshop CAN afford to pay back the money. He has a successful partnership on HF that has earned him enough (don't ask me how I know that).
I d0xd him months ago. I know where he lives. I know about his family. I know the places he went to study. I know what teams he used to play for. BUT I haven't done anything to hurt him or his rep, so far.
Throughout this ordeal I have been patient and more than just.
I know that there are some of you who will be mind blown by this and maybe tell me that I'm the idiot (I partly agree), but... shit happens, my friends.
I leave this case open to the members of HF and Candyshop (Kip) himself to respond to.
