Because when I'm trying to connect to the URL I'm getting an error (the ip must have xx.xx.xx.xx form)

I think the problem is the parsing of the IP. It's like

Code

ip = IPAddress.Parse(TextBox1.Text)

You need to remove the parsing.

So, Maybe try

ip = "Your No-IP"

You may have to dim ip as a string

dim ip as string = string.empty 'or just ""

This may work, or, May not.

Make a backup of your project before you try this! And I'll post a picture of my server/client later on.

Try crypting or obfuscating.

Don't scan with virus total. It should remain FUD long enough. You should crypt it once it's no longer FUD. Crypting/obfuscating will do the job. This will also help protect people from decompiling your application. So you should obfuscate it before you even send it out to spread.
