I agree with Retorix and maybe take it with a better quality camera.
Also try to feather the leg a little so it isn't so sharp.

The leg is in movement so its already blured, i think you ment the opposite.

@op Scale down your photos so it wont be as noisy, and stop messing around with too much effects, most of the time they bring down the contrast and over all quality of the photo.
