Instead of opening sales thread again, I would advice you to spend more time 1 by 1 on helping those clients who paid you their hard earned money to remove the malware, not just open a sales thread and pretend that there is nothing happened. Xownage also opened a thread with all needed informations.
A removal tutorial will be made when we got a copy of that virus.
I would recommend using malwarebytes run a flashscan then a fullsystemscan but it wont do any good depending on what the virus uploaded they will have to reinstall their os.

Well the file that was found was detected by 18 AVs if i remember right.
It was not crypted i guess.

I scanned with malwarebyte's 2-3 with a full scan and 2 times with comodo. I detected nothing, and I ran the crypter quite a bit before I found out about the malware.

Run a flash scan you want to get rid of all infected startup items.You might not of got infected but you never know.If theres still nothing go to start run msconfig and disable any startup items you dont recognize.
Razor really just close the project its your fault,because of the lack of security.
i mean really infecting 100's perhaps 1000's.

Reported. I highly do respect you but that was the biggest fail post you ever made. RazorScanner was hacked. The hacker added an iframe to it. The Scanner gets displayed in RazorCrypt, that is the way it happened. Also paradoxum closed it because I contacted him, stuff is cleared yet and there is no reason to sell again.
