Btw can someone explain me this: Obito is tobi, tobi is obito, tobi claims to be madara uchiha, madara uchiha isnt tobi nor obito according the internet :( why does Obito claims to be Madara , and is he really Madara or not?

Hey I dont know if I missed this storyline because I skipped quite a few chapters when I wasnt as interested anymore . I recently started keeping up again now that I know that tobi is obito. My question is that they never explained what happend to Madaras brother do you guys he might make an appearance now that everybody is coming back to life
