I`m curious and also a newbie with all the terminology and the usage of a VPN.

Please tell me what does unlimited speed stands for when we are talking about a VPN.

Will your VPN help me get a faster access to a website? At the moment I have 30Mb bandwidth and I can`t get access to that website as it is overloaded - but other people do. Will this VPN help in any way ?

After asking for a simple traceroute/ping from the germany vpn to an IP, the threadstarter in question didnt know to do a traceroute.
