Most likely, If you can bypass it when your administrator, certainly.

Thankyou for the feedback people!
A better Way to disable Bluecoat. Sometimes it says "Cannot rename because in Use or something like that"
1. Device Manager
2. Click View at the top
3. Show hidden Devices
4. Non-Plug and play drivers
5. Find something along the lines of BlueCoat, right click, Properties, Driver Tab, Startup type: drop box change to Disable. Do the same for other file Proxysomething idk.
6. Restart Laptop
They keep logs of when bluecoat is disabled on the servers so DO NOT disable/delete bluecoat. You'll want to use a program called Anarchy for home, it will bypass bluecoat and wont cause chaos. I suggest installing Ubuntu (linux) with wubi windows installer (install along side windows with a Boot Loader at start up, no need for partitioning or taking out the HD) for a guaranteed way of not getting caught, i use this for school internet browsing sometimes. If you want to connect to School Wifi in ubuntu normally the school has a Wifi called nswdet. You can just connect to that using your NSW Intranet login credentials or a Tafe account. The wifi will also most likely need the proxy URL in the wifi settings which is proxy.det.nsw.edu.au:8080. If you want to have unblocked web surfing at school i suggest looking at this . As for unblocked internet on the whole computer try doing this or using a VPN like expat shield and using the connect link through the Opera mini browser (i have not tested this last method...yet!)

This isnt a hack too its more a Windows security flaw...they wont be able to fix this at all. and side note this works on ALL and I mean ALL windows 7 and i think windows 8 PCs I've tried it at internet cafes, then i install uTorrent and just download heaps of random stuff. Also the worst thing that can happen is that the school confiscate your laptop for I think 3 weeks and give you an after school detention...it varies.
Could I do this on a computer instead of laptop?
