I was updaing my no-ip host on my iPod and accidently removed my host. Let's say I removed xxx.no-ip.info, if I added a new host and named it xxx.no-ip.info, would I get my bots back?

Yeah it will work just get it back really quickly and then they should all connect again. The victims computers know to connect to that exact DNS redirect so if its on your duc in your computer, then it will work.
