Lets go on slowly, I was a normal Member that Time I wasn't very into Hackforums so I thought UB3R's are trusted Members. Well it changed after I saw that UB3R's can be serious Scammers.

I wanted to exchange $68PP to LR,

How it all happend,
I was looking for an exchanger, I thought found someone who can do that for me. I looked at his account and he looked trusted for me.
He had like 5 Awards for donating so he was shittin money, now I know where he got that money from.

I added him on Skype and everything went on pretty well till I sent him, he allways had 2 diffrent stories. He was holding the money so he wont get limited and he can't send cause his friend got his LR.

I wasn't hesitating to make an Scam Report, cause his Account looks very trusted and a Scam Report doesn't look good.
Those were almost 2 Weeks now where I am waiting for the LR.

He got some friends that Trash all my Threads, and gang rep me.
Deal with big Caution.

I think you need to show more evidence. Like maybe screenshot of you transferring money and you not receiving any money

He sent me the money via account [email protected] I wasn't online for a two days due to some issues that is correct then the user chargebacked the payment instead of waiting for me to respond.

Then 2 days ago he removed the chargeback and asked me to send the money to some whole other account which is fishy. I told him I will send him the money to the account he sent it from that is all. Also i told him i only have 48$ on the account (out of 68$) and he said ''fine send that and we're good''-> That just makes it even shadier.

I told you in the PM I will not risk my account for a chance paypal screws me over.

The Proof's don't say I charged back 2 days later and asked 2 Days later for refund it was 1 and half week ago.

My PP has been limited because of you, If I would chargeback it would be stuck on that acc so I wanted you to send it to other.

I am still accepting a Refund and would close the Dispute, called Paypal and they will keep it up to date, If I show them how its going.

You're supposed to send LR.
If you don't refund the full amount, it's a scam.

Bob is an pretty legit member and from what i can gather Bob hasn't received your LR payment, So its weird that you have proof yet he hasnt received it.
Think about it, Would an scammer reply on his report and say he hasn't gotten it? Makes no sense to risk his account over pennies also on the LR i don't see his account name.

Also looking at some of the PM's it says he thinks you're fishy and he asks for an refund since he doesn't want any problems...
