User is probably a scammer using stolen paypals or god knows what. Why else would he refuse for me to refund the money to the former paypal and suddenly ask me to send funds to another unverified one...

Also has proofs of other members that he is a multi accounter and a skype impersonator.

This report is not valid as you chargbacked before the agreed holding time was over.

This leads me to believe you we're using a stolen paypal. Also why would you wan't me to send the funds to another email.
