What makes this different from the ones already out there?

This is sorta a messy post, but it gives you a basic idea of a unique feature we have.
There's a Reverse SOCKS5, you can use it to use a computer's IP Address without NAT sections.

Is there a way to turn the inbuilt crypter entirely off? Else, we couldn't crypt it again (It'll corrupt.) and be stuck with a UD stub until it got updated.

The way the in-built crypter works is different from others, you can easily re-crypt this.
Although, I'll add a option to disable it completely by tonight since it was requested.
