Ty so much I have had hell with this port forwarding. And this guys just comes in and solves it like butter. I am forever in your debt. I vouch my life on him. Thank you so much, you don't even know how stressful that porting was for me. Just let me know if you need anything that I could help with. Thank you and Big Vouch!

I noticed you had not answered for awhile and was just trying to help. If I had not that user could have gotten mad about the wait and left a poor review of your thread. There are 2 above the default gateway adress, one is Subnet Mask the other is a IPv4 address and it's asking for a starting and ending port :S You use your IPv4 address (: This should help you out! Let me know if you have any other questions!
RAT Setup is literally the most helpful person I've ever met on HF. I had a specific person that I wanted to RAT, and he was willing to sit down with me and walk me through the entire process. He even went as far as to talk to the person himself and persuaded them to download my file. I had been looking for help in the RAT section for a really long time, and many of the other RAT help desks would ignore me whenever I asked them for help, gave me information that didn't help solve my problems, didn't want to take the time to go on TeamViewer to help me, etc. He's been the nicest, most helpful, and most readily available I've seen running a RAT help desk so far. If you're looking for RAT help, I couldn't recommend anybody else.
