I'll highly recommend you to use HackerDefender. Just spread your Rat-Server normally and after you got access to the victims computer install the configured HackerDefender.
With HackerDefender you can hide your Servers Process, registry key, msconfig entry and its service.

So far i found 3 malware infections the scan is still going on i had no idea what malware/rootkit is, until u posted in my thread about blue screen error thanks alot, i will keep u updated.
