Viru is not a scammer. His previous account he was doing a deal with many users and his PayPal got permanently closed. Thats when everyone started calling WarrioR a scammer because they did not give him time to pay them back.
If you take a look at Viru's recent activity, he recently had two of his past scam reports closed because he paid them back. And he is still working on paying the rest back.
He never scammed anyone, it's just unfortunate that PayPal closed his account with 2-3K dollars on it.
Neal's just being an asshole because Viru refuses to deal with him at those shitty rates.
Even Omni know's he's Warrior but he gave him a second chance to redeem him self, or at least that's what I was told.

Also, he says his LR is limited, yet he still tries to sell me 300 LR? Where is this LR coming from? Shouldn't he be using it to pay those people off?

Well according to you he's trying to bullshit his was out of it;
He's trying to blame all this on his brother, saying that he was the scammer.

Well here's something you should learn, he shouldn't have used a fake paypal, he's at fault and he owes those people money. Those are all legit scam reports and if he is doing 1-2k deals on Hackforums, he should easily be able to pay them back, and he needs to do that. You don't simply get to just leave scam reports there for months and continue to deal on hackforums with no consequences.

I had a deal with him yesterday of $200 and it was all fine. Maybe he had more then 1 Liberty Reserve account.

I'm a bit surprised that I know it already, and thought people knew it since Omni didn't banned him but left that rep on him.
One more thing which barely anyone noticed is, in his thread 'I'm Pissed by LR', he had few screenies of his emails/chat from/to LR support, and on the top in the Bookmarks bar, there was a Bookmark 'Warriorz51' which amusingly is the skype of WarrioR™ and his username he still uses on various forums.
Not saying he will scam again or not, but this guy is WarrioR™ who has a detailed history of scamming on forums.
