Here is the Tutorial for you Zymfk I tried to edit my post but I couldn't best of luck m8
This tutorial shows how to create a creepy looking ghost on photoshop, just like this one:

Step 1
Open a suitable picture for the background, I used this one that I found by googling "deserted hospital".
![[Image: n7Fqms2.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/n7Fqms2.jpg)
Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Hue/Saturation.
Reduce the saturation and the lightness, but don't make it too dark yet.
I used
Saturation: -54
Lightness: -29
Next, Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Levels
Move the black bar to make the darker parts darker.
And set grey bar under 1.0 to darker the whole image.
Those are the settings I used:

Now, Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Color balance.
I used it to make the picture warmer by adding some yellow

Now when we have a great background, we can add our ghost.
Step 2
Open a picture of a person who you want as a ghost, and make it greyscale (Image > Mode > Greyscale.
I chose this girl:
I made her look a bit more dead by deleting her irises:
Select the Dodge Tool
Choose a small soft brush (about the size of the iris, hardness set to 0%)
Set the exposure to 50%
And apply it several times on her irises, until they disappear.

Step 3
Use any selection methood you like to select your ghost, and paste it on the background image.
Go To Edit > Free Transform
Click On the chain icon in the transform menu to lock the width/height ratio.

Now you can move her and change her size.
Step 4
Set the Ghost layer opacity to 50%
![[Image: 6HB0BMZ.jpg]](https://i.imgur.com/6HB0BMZ.jpg)
To make her blend better select the Eraser Tool
Use big, soft brush, with Opacity at 15%, and erase around the ghost edges.
I also erased her feet to make her look like she's floating
Step 5
Duplicate the ghost layer. (Right click on the layer > Duplicate layer).
Set the top layer blend mode to Overlay, and Opacity to 20-30%.
Select the bottom ghost layer, and go to Filter > Blur > Motion blur
Set the engle to 0, and the distance to 4-8 pixels.
![[Image: cviZPoB.png]](https://i.imgur.com/cviZPoB.png)
Set the layer's Opacity to 20-50
Step 6
Lets add a little green color to our ghost.
with the bottom ghost layer selected
Go to Layer > New adjustment layer > Color balance
Make sure to check V in "Use previous layer to create clipping mask".
