I use PytoHost, can find on HF. Iv never had any issues. Have you not thought of maybe getting your own VPS instead?

Ask for a test server and ping it. You'd probably have better luck doing that than asking them

We have a deal arranged with a company which usually doesn't allow colocation but allows us to do so aswell as giving us the privilege to send our own firewalls and loadbalancers, etc.

lol or you could submit a ticket asking so on our website and we would be more than happy to ask considering we have nothing to hide unlike other companies :P
