From that, I can gather that he just edited the picture you freely and openly displayed within your thread, and edited it for his own purposes. Which anyone can easily within the span of about 5 seconds. He didn't scam you anything. You seriously felt the need to create a scam report for this? You're making yourself look foolish.

Because he posted the .gif image within his thread. You too can go to the thread, find the link, save the image, throw some random font on there, and BAM you're done.
