But before I voted I knew D3xus is going to probably win or be winning most of the time through out the votes due to his popularity.

It's not because of his popularity but because he does so much for the forums, sure he may not donate but he does put a hefty amount of work down for the Writ3rs/group thread which is more than enough with the amount of group changes that there are weekly 😏.

I suppose donations influence who people vote for. I try to benefit the forum with a lot of different things, usually without thanks (although I receive a lot of gratitude for my work.)
