Well the eBook works both ways, and PayPal already knows my business. But feel free to use the eBook for its original intent, which is to win disputes/chargebacks. Not to scam..

Alright. So you calling 95% + success rate while your two reviewers are saying it's pretty much up in the air lucky. Here's a direct quote from one of them "The ease of use here is relative here. In the end the success of using this method is up in the air and really is a case of getting lucky."

Not sure who to believe yet but let's say I buy it, and I use the method on one of my current Paypal disputes that are open, and I followed everything it says in the eBook which I will also show screenshots to you for confirmation to make sure everything's right, and I still lose the case. What now? I get refund?

The quality for the written content is slightly above average. Each step is outlined with a template provided. The design of the eBook is nice as well. The method itself is a "case by case" I am sure the author has had success with the method however not everyone will always win.

See, the thing with this book is that it's for winning disputes as a BUYER. As buyers have buyer protection on everything, yet sellers don't, it's literally IMPOSSIBLE to lose a dispute unless they mail you something, and nobody will do that unless the item's expensive.
