Hopefully this is better than the other help desk. 🙂
Some other "legion" help desk around here, too lazy to find it.
I'll run Beta Bot on this server:
Quadcore Xeon X3220 CPU
8GB Ram memory
500 GB harddisk

What server OS should I run? CentOS 6, Debian Squeeze, Debian Wheezy, FreeBSD 9, Ubuntu 12.10, VMWARE esxi, Xenserver or Windows 2008 ENT R2.
Thanks in advance.

I am trying to implement carberp bootkit and formgrabbing features into my modified ZBot, any clue as to where to start?
I am pretty sure discussion about that particular bot is banned on the forums. Sorry, I can't answer that question because that would be against the rules.

Which crypt do you recommend? Also, is PDF binding more effective than jpeg binding or not?
Nice thread.
Hopefully now members in this section will be smarter.

Depends on the dependency of the bot, if it is a non dependent bot you would want something like Broad Crypter (200$+), if that is out of your budget, get Absolute Crypter. If you have a dependent bot, Insomnia, or any other .NET software, Data Protector, or similar.

They can be equally effective depending on how you bind them or what you use to do so.
