If I were you, go with reBoot. It has two hour attack times and has a dedicated staff to manage it.

Just saying my opinion here.... But, being up for 8-months doesn't necessarily mean the booter is stable and works properly. That means that you couple be up and working half the time, but bullshit to your customers the rest of the time.
Anyways, OP was asking between two stressers, not yours.

I would definitely go with reBOOT, the owners run a stable and well working booter, it'll make everything go down that you need, I assure you. Also, both of the owners are quite trusted throughout here on the forum, and I've never heard Neon Stresser.

Legion stresser is crap lol go with deadlyboot.net for sure stronger and better and more up time than powerstresser or bbb. deadly boot has the best support and power now
