So to my knowledge it comes out on 31st August. Will there be any legal ways to watch it for those who don't reside in Japan?
If yes, we'll have to wait till the dvd release?

You would probably have to wait for the DVD release. If they have any Japanese legal stream of it (which I doubt they would have), then it would not have subs anyways.

I'm not sure but it could take about that long. It also depends on where you live.

Its usually the same time you have to wait for anime to go to dvd or bluray which is usually around 8 months

On a side nit shouldn't really worry about legal ways to watch anime cause your gonna be spending alot of money if you really care about that sort of thing.... but if you have the money go for it :/
