Can someone get the default userbar from my admin userbar?

Hey, so I have admin staff and upgraded userbars but not the default userbar that is blank for peoples custom groups. I am wondering if i giv eyou the admin one you can strip it and make it blank?

The rectangle? What colors? Only the text? What?

the background of the ub it should be the same color as the left side but completely that color. no text but keep the slash in the middle.
