How can you know the API you use doesn't distribute? You don't run it so there is no way you know that.

S4Y is known for not distrubuting and is used by many people so is their API, so if they are not lying about using S4Y i would say that they are legit.

Damdomy claims they use S4Y API and Miki claims they do not.
How can we trust them?
