That's not how it works actually. If the file you give them is crypted by someone who gives the same crypt to other people, if one of the other ones gets detected, yours will be as well. That's if the stub has the same or similar code patterns.

I've seen programmers offering manual obfuscation for $10/bin with assembly. 🤝
