Hello!
If somebody ever wondered about how to do such a neat message bubble in Batch. Well, it isn't possible.
However i found a way, with a little help of Powershell to create such a bubble.
In the script there is a switch included that prevents it from crashing, most likely if you have your ExecutionPolicy set wrong.
Well a little eye candy first:
Here is the code of my version (used in the picture) :
And here a version with in-file editable lines:
Have a nice day and keep koding 🤫🤝
Nice share mate, This would be nice for sort of client which would say if someone was connected.

Or on a chat client which code checks by calling another program if the window is minimized or in the backround (afaik only possible in C) and then gives out the messages in the client but in those bubbles too.
And thank you, i really appreciate your(/and everyones) opinion!

Can you tell me what the "10" in
Code loontip^(10<--This thing,"1337","R3Al
does?

From what i know it is the time how long that bubble is visible (like the TIMEOUT command).
What i don't know: What format it is.
EDIT: Looked it up, the format is SECONDS and the minimal value is 10 and the maximal value is 30 seconds until timeout.

Any ideas how to fix this error?
Code Your current execution policy is: Restricted
In order to run this file you have to set your EXECUTION POLICY to 'Bypass', therefor you will need Administrator Previleges.
Straight from the prompt.
EDIT: Nvm, my bad, forgot to run as admin. @OP, you should say that you will need to run as admin.

Tampering the data when you post the thread. You just change the value when you post it.

This is really cool! I can think of tons of applications where it would be useful to have these speech bubble tooltips popping up.
Thanks for sharing. :>
