Hayao Miyazaki's Retirement

Hoshino announced that Miyazaki is retiring from making feature films. His retirement is a huge surprise after being such a success in all of the animations that he has made. The Wind Rises is going to be Miyazaki's 11th and final feature film. We all know that Ghibli has made some legendary films that still succeed some of "todays" animations. Studio Ghibli will truly be missing a legend in his own time. If you don't know who Hayao Miyazaki or what studio Ghibli is I highly recommend you Google and watch some of their great films.

Studio Ghibli Next Film Released Next Summer

Even though Studio Ghibli will be losing a huge asset in terms of people they will be releasing a new movie next summer. The movie will be after Isao Takahata's Kaguya-hime no Monogatari. Toshio said that he could not reveal anything else that will give away what this movie will be about. That gives us all a pretty good idea that this movie next year will be something to watch. I'm sure it will be something that Miyazaki will wish he was a part of.

New Attack on Titan game released for the Nintendo DS

This new attack on titan's game will be released sometime in October. The game comes fully compact with story mode where you can recreate the battles of the main lead Eren and the other humans against the Titan's. The game was inspired by the anime and manga of Shingeki no Kyojin. The game will be featuring full intensive 3D Maneuver Gear that you use to slice through the titans. Blast through the areas and defeat the titans with all of your might!

Tamagotchi Gets an Anime
This is going to be extra for the AA News; I just had to write something about this. Something in me makes me feel that there will be more fans to this show than their will be for my little pony, no more brony's time for brotchi's.

The all fun kid’s virtual pets called "Tamagotchi's" will be releasing an anime for kids and adults with their new stunning tegami friends. Wish you could own one of these new ones yourself? Well too bad you can't, you can only watch them.

Synopsis
Hideyoshino is an average girl who always seems to find trouble wherever she goes. One day Hideyoshino visits a local shrine to pray in order to pass her upcoming test. However Hideyoshino sees a blue light coming from inside the Shrine and looks inside to find a mysterious person performing a magic spell. Hideyoshino in a stroke of bad luck trips on a small bell and crashes into the shrine prompting the stranger to catch her. However upon catching Hideyoshino the magic spell spirals out of control and sends Hideyoshino back in time to the Sengoku Era.

Hideyoshino then encounters Akechi Mitsuhide and Oda Nobunaga. But unlike what really happened during the era, Hideyoshino realizes that everyone in the world is female. She then decides to help Oda Nobunaga find the Crimson Armor which is said to allow the person wearing the armor to conquer all of Japan.

Characters
Yoshino "Toyotomi Hideyoshi" Hide - A ditsy schoolgirl who finds herself transported to an alternate Feudal Japan made up on women. She often brings a lot of modern ethics to this time, including finding uses for her mobile phone despite not being able to get a reception. She is made Oda's retainer after showing skill with a staff. She is nicknamed "Hideyoshi" after Toyotomi Hideyoshi.

Nobunaga Oda - A feudal lord who desires to gather pieces of a mystical armor to unite the nations. She wields a large sword and appears to be able to control flames.

Mitsuhide "Akerin" Akechi - Nobunaga Oda's right-hand-man who has loyally served her for many years. She is known as being very intelligent and very good at coming up with plans and tactics.
Hideyoshi calls her "Akerin" because she greatly resembles a friend of Hideyoshi's, whom Hideyoshi called "Akerin," from our world.

My Opinion
I kinda enjoyed this one. It was a cute little show. The story isnt incredibly deep but its not incredibly shallow either. Its a decent middle. I didnt feel any real connection with any of these characters as you often do with other anime. I feel like the spotlight is taken off the average storyline with comedic relief as well as fight scenes. Even though the fight scenes arent very long you still get the feeling that they are completed. No fight scene was really spontaneously ended with something that didnt make sense. I still wish they were a bit longer though but there is nothing you can really do when you make the main character overpowered. I did laugh multiple times throughout so I think the humor was there. The one thing I absolutely hated was the decision making of some of the characters. At times the decisions of the characters made absolutely no sense and I actually had to facepalm 🤦‍♂ Overall, pretty decent show all around but could have been better if they focused more on the story. Still was an enjoyable experience though.

My Rating - 7/10

Watch this if you like fan service as well as decent fight scenes and arent really bothered by the fact that what it lacks in story it makes up for in comedy and simplicity. Dont watch if you want an intricate story that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Hatsune Miku - Jinzou Enemy

This music video has a story that belongs with it. If anyone has ever heard of Kagerou days, they would know that it's a manga. Jin the director who made these songs, tell a story through them and there is a giant series of "stories" told through song.
