Python

Using another function as input to a new function?

Can someone fix/redirect me in the right path for this?

I get

Can you provide the full code? It is is expecting 4 arguments different than what you are providing it. It would be helpful if I could see exactly what is being returned in your functions.
Hmmm, not exactly sure as to what you mean. Try something like this:
Code
checkOne = checkName(characterName())  # Include the brackets!!

I don't think that this is it...
(pretty sure characterName would be a variable; even though PEP standards dictate that variables_should_be_underscore_seperated and functionNamesShouldBeCamelCase)

Whole code would be required to see what you have done wrong; I think it might be that the checks are being run, and return a None value, so that nothing is passed into the next function?
