Photography forum

I thought people just put their photography in the graphics section. I vouch I guess, maybe a sub forum would be better.
I still think this is a great idea and this needs to be brought back to the top of the forum keep posting guys.
i support that , really hope to see a new photography section soon on HF

I guess this isn't going to happen even though all the support this thread has gotten.

Omni takes time to get to suggestions, even one he's replied to, remain positive. :)

Okay that's good to know I'll just keep posting on this to keep it alive I would like to hear from him a decision sometime.
I really want this Omni!
Half my family are photographers.
After hours of scouring sites for information for various preferred equipment, techniques, focusing tips, aperture/shutter settings I've really noticed how complicated photography is.
I think it would be very useful to have some place for good resources (personally made or directory) in a section for photography.

Where else could I share pictures of a random car race I stumbled upon this weekend?
Would love to speak with members on what the best way to take the picture would have been.

Just to contribute, here are my shooting rigs. (The second photo was taken yesterday, the first was taken a while ago).

To summarize, I have 2 main cameras. A Nikon D300S and a Nikon D90. Here are some more technical details about them.

Hopefully the idea gets passed because I'd love a photography section.

I would've loved to help you. But seeing as there is no super forum for this to be discussed, I will have to let you wander in the dark on that one.

Still hoping this will be made eventually. I asked for it a long ass time ago, and I see an increase since I asked back then.
This would be a pretty cool add on to the website. I support this.

Glad you agree with my views just wondering whether this will get passed or not at the moment as I never heard back from omni.
I know I'm a newbie around here, and just a little nobody; but I completely support this.

I myself am investing in upgrading to a Canon EOS Rebel T4i from my T3i Rebel, so; I'd enjoy to have this forum.
I would whole heartedly support this. I've been doing photography for a long time and it takes a lot of experience and equipment to do it properly. I will definitely be supporting this section.
I would love a section like this. But is there enough activity to warrant it?
