Recently, I purchased this individual's product, Data Protector v2, and I sent him a private message in regards to his notification after purchasing (.NET Seal Serial Code). An hour later, this scumbag disables my account, and partially refunds me on PayPal. He claims that I have multiple accounts, stated that I am low-quality, and basically ridicules me.
He had the audacity to -3 REP. me for no absolute reason, even though he literally stole $3.00 USD from me.
I do not care about the amount, but what aggravates me is his unprofessional attitude, rudeness, and unrighteous actions.
I simply created this topic to warn everyone (potential, and ongoing subscribers) to not deal with this individual.
I wouldn't be surprised if he's partially refunding people to earn a dollar or more from potential "untrustworthy members."
Reputation ratings can be deceiving.
He's done this to other people before, yeah...
EDIT:- blahdyblahdyblah, I don't have an opinion on this since last time I commented I got about 5 PMs from the guy and I'm not in the mood for that again.

It's known around the forum that you should never ask him anything about the crypter that you could have figured out yourself. Because if you do he will just neg rep you and disable your license. Seems this time it was something else though.

He claims that I am another individual, blatantly lied that there was a .NET Seal fee of $3.00 USD, and revoked my license, because I used the username, "Pseudonymous" as my .NET Seal account, which he thinks correlates with another user that scammed him in the past.

No$ never suspends/bans a license for no reason or just because he doesn't like you.
When he does this, he always has a legitimate reason. If he doesn't feel like explaining, then that's his choice.
He's not a fraud, he has been running his crypter for years now.

If he isn't a fraud, then why did he blatantly lied to me that the $3.00 USD were to cover the .NET Seal fees, and he posted irrelevant information which did not pertain to me.
Secondly, why has this incident occurred on multiple occasions?
Is it just a coincidence that people are complaining, just because this immoral con-artist is always right?
