No, there is no way to hide your RAT from startup, unless you don't want it there.

I'm having major issues with portforwarding. I can run get success on canyouseeme, even run the rat on myself with 127.0.0.1 (and I'll see myself), but when I attempt to use my external IP to make the exe ad run it on another computer with the same port, I get absolutely nothing. Any thoughts?

Try it on anubis instead of another computer on your network. That should do the trick.

Don't bother purchasing a RAT. Get a crypter and use Darkcomet for now.

Most paid RAT's already come with a built-in crypter.

I would recommend purchasing jRAT or BShades.

For jRAT you will not need to, however I am not 100% sure about Bshades.
