sorry but you can do nothing except tracking him and revenge but try hiding your IP in the future using TOR or a VPN

if you dont know who is DDoSing You contact your ISP and they will track him for you . And check you router setting as some routers has DoS protection or something like that.

Half of these things aren't hacking, the other half is basically a rename of the first half.
First of all change your IP address immediately and then start using/proxies and VPN(s).
i know that some of these are not a real hacking but i wont go very deep because its a beginner helpdesk 🤝
