This exactly happened to me recently like about a week ago, but the person that rep abused me decided to mature, and remove the false claim he left on the rep. It's pathetic how people make up stories on reps, just because they don't get what they want. I know how you feel. I was neutraled repped aswell with a false accuse of scamming, and it looks really bad, but like I said my person decided to mature.
