Snapshot 13w42b
Getting even closer to their much anticipated version (Minecraft 1.7), Mojang teases users with yet another snapshot. In this release, however, the snapshot doesn't quite add anything notable or worthy of mention other than just a few minor bug fixes. That being said, the release of this snapshot just makes Minecraft users even more anxious for 1.7's release. Additionally, mobs of all kinds are still doing the moonwalk, as notably accepted as a bug for the recent snapshots.

Got bored and decided to give a little update to this if anyone's interested.

13w43a and 1.7 Pre:
/setworldspawn added to vanilla server commands.

Jukeboxes now loop.
Music now pauses when game is paused.

Texture for pufferfish has changed: Spoiler (Click to View)
Maps now support more colors: Spoiler (Click to View)
Textures on top of logs change based on type of wood: Spoiler (Click to View)

Added Acacia and Dark Oak Trees: Spoiler (Click to View)

You can now extinguish yourself and other entities with Cauldrons.

According to Mojang's site, they plan on letting people change their names soon:
