You can change the icon as well. A program that does this is RazorCrypt however it isnt free.

You're supposed to rat yourself with localhost, and use your No-IP host for others.
Well, te no-ip dont work, i portforwarded port 1604 and used my no-ip host but no luck. Just nothing happens ..

Test your stub on Anubis first. Make sure it is uncrypted.
Secondly, check if your port is open on canyouseeme.org.
My port is not opened, says hat link. But i really portforwarded it !

Is there a possibility to install a DarkComet server with a rootkit function???

Sorry but why should he switch to his loop back address? Seems totally useless to me since it will work almost 99.9% of the times, basically when you want to test a RAT it's mostly because you wan't to check firewalls and port forwarding.

There is other methods to crypt a file.

(Oct 16, 2013 05:29 PM)Understalker Wrote:  You can use private or shared, doesn't matter.

That's not quite true, a shared IP can cause problems if someone else is portforwarding the same port.

Private is the way to go.

Sorry but, I'm sure you're trying to help people but you don't seem to have enough knowledge of this area to actually help people, I've seen a lot of posts in this thread that's actually wrong and can cause problems for the people who asks the questions.

In version 4 this was added:
- new rootkit function added in edit server (server shield) it hide the file from explorer even if show hidden files is on it will be also hidden from DIR command of MSDOS

It sucks.

It might be your firewall that's blocking it, go to start and write "wf.msc" without the quotes ofcourse.
Create a inbound rule for the port you've opened.

This won't affect anything if you've your firewall turned off, but worth giving it a shot though, and also programs/websites that detects open ports isn't always 100% reliable.

You can always just make a test version of your server and run it in sandboxie or a virtual machine to check if it works.

Why shouldn't he? Lmao.

And of course there is, do you think he has the knowledge to do it any other way?

I'm giving them a basic answer stop trying so hard when I know 3x as much as you do. Will answer any other questions if any when I'm near a computer.
