basically i want to know how i can destroy someones IP address so their router dies?

i dont want them to be able to use internet atall

is there anyway that i can do this? or anyone do for me?

You cannot do that. It is not possible to destroy an IP address.

You can't destroy an IP. I'm guessing this kid roasted you on xbl now you want to DDoS

i keep a track of all ips but i dont know how to attack them as such :)

There is an easy way to destroy an IP. Get him to turn off his router for 5 mins and then turn it back on and BAM. IP = Destroyed
